Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory body. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, are nursing, or have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, including any Anniversary Sale or limited time offer, is valid only for the period stated and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. 4. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Lifetime Protection Plan
If you purchase the optional Lifetime Protection Plan, it provides coverage as described on the product page at the time of purchase. The Protection Plan is a separate add-on and is non-transferable. Coverage applies only to the specific device it was purchased alongside and is void if the device was purchased from a source other than Rejunas.

7. Account Registration
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rejunas harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
